1 Year Plan - $100.00 Down Payment for 1st page to begin 1 year plan. $100.00 for each
additional page due after finalization

25 KB disk space per page

25 MB data transfer per month = Approximately 1,000 page hits per month

May cancel anytime before finalization

Down Payments, minus a $10 cancellation fee are refundable if canceled before finalization .

Monthly maintenance plan:
(Necessary to cover the cost of web page management and updates. If you don't
plan on making monthly changes to your web page this is not needed.)

1 Year Maintenance Payment Method:
A down payment of $100.00 for the 1st page is required to begin your web page design. After you
finalize the web page design $100.00 per each additional page is due + $140 for the Yearly
maintenance plan. Your yearly due date will begin on the same day. Payment for the next year
will be $140.00 + $100.00 per page due on your due date. The website will remain active for the
amount of time purchased. In the event of unforeseen downtime of the website a time credit will
be given.

1 Year Monthly Maintenance Payment Method:
After you finalize the web page design $100.00 per each additional page is due + your 1st monthly
fee of $15. Your monthly payment of $15 will be due on the same date of each month. The website
will remain active for the amount of time purchased. In the event of unforeseen downtime of the
website a time Credit will be given. You may cancel the monthly maintenance plan at anytime.

Yearly Cancellation method:
You may cancel at any time after the completion of the 1st year renewable contract with written
notice. To avoid extra charges written notice must be postmarked before the yearly due date and
no further charges will incur. After the due date yearly plans will be charged for the entire year.
Cancellation is still possible, however 3 months of service fees will still be due after receipt of
written cancellation. E-mail will be considered a form of written notice. The website will remain
active for the amount of time purchased. 1stcuz.com LLC reserves the right to cancel for any
reason or resume the contract after completion of the 1 year renewable contract.

Monthly Cancellation Method:
You may cancel at any time with written notice. To avoid extra charges written notice must be
postmarked before the monthly due date and no further charges will incur. Written cancellations
received after the due date will be billed for the entire month. E-mail will be considered a form of
written notice. The website will remain active for the amount of time purchased. 1stcuz.com LLC
reserves the right to cancel for any reason or resume the contract after completion of the 1 year
renewable contract.

Non-payment for any plan:
In the event of non-payment the website will be removed after 60 consecutive days of non-
payment unless other arrangements have been made. Payment for service is still due as outlined
in the cancellation method section.

Use of business name and information for advertising purposes:
You the business owner or an authorized agent for the business agree to allow 1stcuz.com LLC to
use your business name, address, phone number, and any other information you provide to 1stcuz.
com LLC about your business for advertising purposes. You acknowledge that you are legally
entitled to submit and advertise the information you provide to 1stcuz.com and agree that 1stcuz.
com LLC is not legally bound for trade mark or copy right infringement as a result of the
information you provide. You acknowledge that your business information will be displayed on a
web page and published to the World wide web and/or Internet for advertising purposes. You
agree not to hold 1stcuz.com liable for any reason within the limits of the law. You agree that any
legal action necessary by either party will be filed and held within the jurisdiction of 1stcuz.com LLC
legal residence. You agree to e-mail admin@1stcuz.com a notification stating the website meets
your satisfaction and that e-mail will bind you to the terms and make the sale final. Absolutely no
offensive or pornographic content allowed.

I ________________________ agree to purchase a web based Affordable Advertiser plan from
1stcuz.com LLC. I also agree to the terms outlined above. Down Payment will establish an
electronic signature.
